When you buy match tickets with Football Encounters you can rest assured that your purchase is protected by our SAFETICKET guarantee. This protection works in the following way;
 

• Your tickets will be allocated according the the class of ticket which you purchased or better.
   

• Your tickets will be delivered to your local address or hotel in time for the match.
   

• If the match is cancelled and not re-scheduled you will be refunded the full cost of the tickets.
   

• If the match is cancelled and re-scheduled you will be allocated tickets for the re-scheduled match or given a credit for the full value of your ticket purchase plus a 10% discount when using the credit.
   

• Football Encounters will provide you with a 24 hour emergency contact number should something go wrong.
